Intelligence Support Manager

Joao Ngengo is the Paediatric ODN Intelligence Support Manager for NHS England, supporting the South East Paediatric Operational Delivery Networks. He leads on data insight, reporting, and analytical development to strengthen patient pathways and improve outcomes for children and young people across the region.

With a background in health intelligence and system performance, Joao works closely with clinical leads, network managers, and provider organisations to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable information. His role focuses on building robust analytical frameworks, supporting service improvement initiatives, and ensuring that decision‑making is grounded in high‑quality evidence.
