Administrator

Andre joined the NHS in 2019 as a Ward Manager Assistant at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford, where he gained extensive experience in hospital administration and supporting clinical teams within the Oncology Ward. After five years in this role, he joined the TV&W Children and Young People Operational Delivery Networks as a Team Administrator, bringing the experience and skills he developed in his previous post to support the work of the network.

Andre has a background in Sports Sciences and Management, and his earlier roles in coaching, education and hospitality helped shape his organisational skills, adaptability and problem‑solving approach.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, socialising, playing and watching football, and taking on DIY projects.
