Head of Thames Valley and Wessex Children and Young People Strategic Network

Emma is an alumnus of the NHS Graduation Training Scheme which she joined in 2006, completing a number of placements in operational and strategic roles and gaining a Masters in Healthcare Management and Leadership. She has spent most of her career in operational management roles within Thames Valley hospitals, most recently managing Paediatrics and Maternity Services at her local Trust. Emma’s role is focussed on developing the Operational Delivery Networks, with a particular emphasis on strategic oversight, performance and governance.
