Lead Allied Health Professional (AHP)

Jen is a Senior Allied Health Professional and highly experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist with over 20 years of practice, including two decades at senior Band 7+ level. Currently serving as Band 8a AHP Lead for Paediatric Neurosciences at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, and AHP Lead for the Paediatric Neurosciences Operational Delivery Network (South), they are a nationally recognised clinical leader in neurology and neurodisability.

Jen’s expertise spans cerebral palsy, spasticity management, neurorehabilitation, and the care of children with complex neurological conditions, including those undergoing selective dorsal rhizotomy (SDR). Alongside advanced clinical practice, they bring a strong track record in service transformation, clinical governance, commissioning through evaluation, workforce leadership, and research, contributing to the continuous improvement of paediatric neurological care at both regional and national levels.
