Network Education Lead

Lauren is a dual trained paediatric and adult nurse with 39years experience and at a senior level for over 25years. Working in various clinical specialities including PICU, Cardiac specialist PICU, specialist surgery and community practice as a SCCN SPQ in complex care before moving into education. Lauren has been a nurse educator for over 6years, achieving her PGCE in 2021 and is passionate about education and supporting staff within healthcare. Lauren joined the ODN in 2022 and has in recent years gained her Level 2 counselling course and is a new PNA for the network. She has been volunteering as a school Governor for nearly 14years and has been the Chair of Governors for 6years, helping to support her local community and school.
