Thames Valley and Wessex Children and Young People Strategic Network has a clear organisational structure alongside an annual workplan which lays out our deliverables and expected outcomes. Our annual workplans are developed in consultation with our key stakeholders and are approved by NHS England.
Reporting is via each Network’s own Speciality Board, which feed into our quarterly Strategic Board meeting, and are attended by colleagues from provider Trusts, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and NHS England. Escalation of risks and issues is direct to the relevant NHS England region via quality or commissioning colleagues.
